You can bring your faulty product to our shop for immediate repair and services or schedule an onsite appointment with us and one of our technicians will be at your door step for service. Our certified technicians will be happy to help you with any of your computer related needs. In the event that we attempt a repair and it is unsuccessful, we DO NOT charge any service fee for the repairs.
Desktops
A desktop is commonly referred to as a physical computer unit, as well as a graphical user work space on a software operating system, like the Windows desktop. The most common component of a desktop is the computer terminal powered by a grounded electrical source i.e. a wall socket.
To be fully functional, a desktop is connected to an external monitor, keyboard and mouse via Bluetooth, WiFi , USB, HDMI or VGA cable connections.
Laptops
In order to keep pace with the never ending demands of customers, our company is instrumental in presenting excellent quality assortment of laptops. A laptop is an all-in-one computer that uses batteries or AC power that can last for several hours. Unlike a desktop, a laptop can be easily transported and can be used as long as the battery lasts.
However, it is becoming very common for public places to have powering units available for phones and laptops so they can be used almost everywhere!
Printers
A printer is an output device that prints paper documents. This includes text documents, images or a combination of both. The two most common type of printers are inkjet and laser printers.
Inkjet printers are commonly used by consumers, while laser printers are a typical choice for businesses. Dot matrix printers, which are matrix printers have become increasingly rare, are still used for basic text printing.
The printed output produced by a printer is often called a hard copy, which is the physical version of an electronic document. While some printers can only print black and white hard copies, most printers today can produce colour prints.
Hardware
Hardware refers to the physical elements of a computer. This is also sometimes called the machinery or equipment of the computer. Examples of hardware in a computer are the keyboard, the monitor, the mouse and the central processing unit (CPU). However, most of a computer’s hardware cannot be seen. A computer’s hardware comprises of many different parts, but most important of these is the motherboard. The motherboard is made up of even more parts that power and control the computer.
Softwares
Software consist of all the instructions that tell the hardware how to perform a task. These instructions come from a software developer in the form that will be accepted by the platform (OS+CPU) that they are based on.
A software is capable of performing many tasks, as opposed to hardware which can only perform mechanical tasks that they are designed for. Software provides the means for accomplishing many tasks with the same basic hardware.

A computer network is a group of interconnected computers that uses a set of common communication protocols over digi9tal interconnections for the purpose of sharing resources located on or provided by the network nodes.

Any device added to a computer that performs an additional capability or feature but is not required. A good example of an accessory is an external hard drive which provides a computer with additional memory. However, a computer would still work if it didn’t have the external hard drive.
